Get Paid To...A How To Guide If your sitting at home in front of your own computer reading this. You probably have everything you need to earn an extra hundred dollars this weekend. Their are a lot of GPT (get paid to) sites out there. With a little time, patience and the right tools it's easy to EARN a decent chunk of change. Be prepared to take surveys, purchase products and services or sign up for trial offers. Getting around in the GPT world can be confusing. The biggest problem with GPT is filling out the forms. RoboForm is a FREE program that allows you to fill out most forms and log into a site with your user name and password. The program only takes a few minutes to set up. It will save a lot of time filling out the many forms you'll find on the road to success. The second hardest thing to do is keep up with the many offers you completed. The solution is to use a spread sheet to track your progress. At a glance you'll be able to see where you're at with each offer that your working on. If you don't have a spread sheet on your computer, check out Open Office. It's a fully functional office suite just like MS Office. Complete with a word processor, Spread sheet and best of all it's FREE. Now You will need to set up a new E-mail account to be used exclusivly for Your GPT work. Hotmail and Yahoo are free web based E-mail providers. Having a seperate account will make it easier to track your offers. Now let's go look at some offers. What we want to do first are the "Free Trial" offers. These include nationally known companies like Blockbuster, Ebay and Experian Credit. These offers pay the most and are fun. I don't want to recommend any one site because each one has it's own theme. What I do recommend is that you shop around. Sign up for a few of the sites. It's free. Start by reading the forums, There you'll find testimonials on how people are doing on that site and tips on whats working or not working for them. Get comfortable navigating the different sites this will pay off later. So far we've talked about the mechanics of how this GPT thing works. Well now let's take a look at the How and Why of it all. The truth is that the big companies have the dollars to spend on advertising and the little guys don't. I blew through all the offers from the big guys, they were easy. It's when I started messing around with the little guy that I started to wonder about this whole thing. It started to seem like I was jumping through a lot more hoops to get less money. It dosn't seem like anyone could get rich doing this. On the "Tortise Or Hare" Scale lets give them a two or three. I don't know if you noticed it or not their are more than one way to make money from these type of sites. Referring other people to the same site and helping them do the same you have. Now you have helped them to do the offers, now what? How about they show someone else? This is called building a team. Some sites/programs let you build your team five or ten levels deep.
